Return and Refund Policy

At Wade Wares, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we are here to assist you with our simple return and refund process.

1. Returns

We offer returns on products within 7 days of delivery. If you would like to return an item, please ensure that:

 

  • The product is in new, unused condition and in its original packaging.
  • The product has not been tampered with or used in any way.
  • You notify us of your intention to return the product within 7 days of receiving it.

2. Return Process

  • Contact our customer support team to request a return.
  • Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the product back to us. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.
  • Please ensure the item is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.

3. Refunds

Refunds are available only for defective or damaged products. If the product you received is faulty or damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange for a full refund.

As we offer cash on delivery (COD) as the only payment method, refunds will be processed as follows:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.

4. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Opened or used items (unless faulty or defective).
  • Personalized or customized products.
  • Digital products (if applicable).

5. Exchange Policy

At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

6. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a return or refund, and we will cover the return shipping costs for defective items.
